My husband makes these healthy treats for our dogs and they LOVE them. They are 100% natural and so healthy. We hope your dog enjoys them too! Food Dehydrator Works BEST! (This recipe is for conventional ovens.)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Sweet Potato / Yam

Baking Sheet, Kitchen Knife, Oven, Spoon

Step 1:

Heat oven to 250 degrees F.


Step 2:

Cut sweet potato cubes (size will depend on how big your dog is). You can also cut them into long strips.


Step 3:

Place sweet potato cubes or strips in non-stick baking pan.


Step 4:

Bake for 3 hours - flipping and stirring often. (Every 15 minutes is ideal!)


Step 5:

Keep Refrigerated - Up to 2 Weeks


Step 6:

For a crunchier sweet potato treat - cook at 325 degrees F, for 2 1/2 - 3 hours, flipping and stirring.
