Hi my dog is a 10 yr old Yorkie, when I came home, he suddenly was walking only on 3 legs with his left front leg up. When I touch his paw and joints on the problem leg, he didn't seem painful, he still jumped down from sofa, but when walking slowly he only walk with 3 legs, can you tell what might go wrong with him? His name is Kobe. -LV-

Dear LV,

Kobe might have stretched or torn a ligament. You might try Promaxol for the pain and to stimulate healing.

If it continues it would be advisable to see your veterinarian who can palpate the leg and perhaps take an x-ray.
