Is Arthro-Ionx safe to take if the dog has CKD (liver disease) Thank you. -Dorothy-

Dear Dorothy,

Homeopathics are safer to use than conventional drugs. I would start at a smaller dose with Arthro-IonX. Try 5 drops twice daily and gradually work up to half the label dose twice daily for his size or you can use lesser dose if improvement is seen. If you notice any softening of the stool then decrease to a lower dose. Please let us know how you progress.
