I have brought some Promaxol on the recommendation of a friend for my arthritic beagle bassett mix. He seems to need the crisis dose to be at his optimal and I was wondering whether the Arthro-onX may be a better choice or could I use a combination of the 2. He was on Tramadol and with the help of the Promaxol I have weaned him off but at the moment he does not seem as well as when we first used it. So I have had him on the crisis dose for a week and although he is better he is still not back to how he was. Sorry I have written a book to ask if they work well in tandem. -Shirley-

Dear Shirley,

Sometimes people will give a half dose of each at different times of the day. Are you giving the supplements we recommend such as digestive enzymes, probiotics, MSM, vitamin C, and fish oil? What do you feed?? Including treats? Do you give only filtered water? Have you seen a veterinary chiropractor? Please let us know what response you get?

We would like to make him comfortable as quickly as possible.

Best regards,

Dr. Char
