Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a digestive problem that includes symptoms such as:

By finding out what makes a person with IBS feel stressed, they can help you try to overcome whatever it is that triggers stress and anxiety. Most professionals will ask questions regarding the persons childhood, and also ask questions about everyday life.
