Pineapple Powerhouse Smoothie

Don't let the seaweed scare you! This smoothie is a scrumptious and nutritious way to start your day!

- 2 large handfuls of dark leafy greens (any combo of spinach, kale, romaine, etc.)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup dulse or kelp granules (or small handful of arame or hijiki)
- 1½ cups of water or ice cubes, depending on preferred consistency
You may also need:
Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender until completely smooth. Enjoy!
