Pineapple Powerhouse Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 2 large handfuls of dark leafy greens (any combo of spinach, kale, romaine, etc.)
  2. 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  3. 1 banana
  4. ½ lemon, juiced
  5. ¼ cup dulse or kelp granules (or small handful of arame or hijiki)
  6. 1½ cups of water or ice cubes, depending on preferred consistency

You may also need:

Blender

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender until completely smooth. Enjoy!
