Chocolate Coconut Pudding

By using agar-agar flakes as a substitute for gelatin, you give yourself a great excuse to indulge in this sweet treat!

  1. 1¼ cups coconut (or almond) milk
  2. ½ cup cocoa powder (preferably raw and organic)
  3. ¼ cup raw honey
  4. ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  5. 2 tsp. agar-agar flakes
  6. 1 × Pinch of sea salt
  7. ¼ cup raw, unrefined coconut oil, melted
  8. ¼ cup coconut flakes, divided

You may also need:

Blender, Kitchen Knife, Spoon

Step 1:

Blend all ingredients except coconut flakes in a high-speed blender until smooth. Mixture will be the consistency of a thin milkshake.

Step 2:

Pour the liquid into small cups, cover, and allow them to firm up in the fridge for at least an hour.

Step 3:

Garnish with coconut flakes. Feel free to add fresh strawberry or banana slices for an extra-delicious treat!

Step 4:

Dig in and enjoy!
