[Yoga 101] The Cobra

The Cobra is the perfect move to stretch your full body and repair your spine. Start slow and move your head and arms up gradually. Eventually, lift the tips of your toes off the ground and voila! You are in full cobra!

Step 1: Get into base stance

Step 2: Take your whole body to the ground

Step 3: Lift up with your arms and rest with elbows on the ground.

Step 4: If you can stretch more, extend your arms so your hands are on the ground.

Step 5: Lift your feet off the ground for a big stretch.

Step 6: You are now in full Cobra.
