What is best to use, Chia seeds or flax seeds? Also whats the correct daily amount to take, can you take too much, and whats the best way to use?

Richard,

To start with the easier question to answer, the correct amount to take a day of our Relieve products would be 1mL twice a day. You are welcome to take it up to three times a day and as little as once a day. We do suggest that you take it at least twice a day for best results though.

The amount it would take to overdose on our products is unreasonable, so technically you can not take too much of the medicine. However, it is not suggested that you take the product more than three times a day. Sometimes if too much of the product is ingested (usually by mistaking the dose amount) a slight upset stomach can occur, but this should never last for more than a day.

Now on to the technical part. Chia seeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. It also is a good source of fiber and protein. They can be used by dieters who want to lose weight, diabetics who want a natural method of blood sugar level control, athletes striving for greater endurance, or anybody who just wants to eat right and stay healthy.

The flax seeds are very low in cholesterol and sodium and a good source of magnesium, phosphorus and copper, and a very good source of dietary fiber, thiamin and manganese. Some of the benefits of flax seeds are its ability to lower total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol, lower blood pressure, promote cardiovascular health, promote of colon health, boost immune system, and lessen the severity of diabetes.
