I always recommend the safest, most natural therapies first:

  1. Exercise 30 min a day 5 days a week.
  2. Eat 10 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
  3. Avoid fatty foods.
  4. Avoid foods with "Sugar" or "high fructose corn syrup" on the label.
  5. Reduce intake of refined grains and starchy foods.
  6. Work on reducing your body weight by 10% (unless your BMI is already below 24)

Stay Healthy,

It might seem like a pain to do, it is better to protect your children now, then wait until something bad
