White Wine and Lemon Poached Salmon

Contrary to popular belief there are many recipes that are actually better when prepared in a microwave. This is one of those recipes. Unbelievably quick, easy, and delicious.

- ½ lb Salmon Filet
- ½ cup Dry White Wine
- 1 × Juice of One Lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 × 1tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
You may also need:
Place salmon in a microwave safe dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
Wrap dish in plastic wrap and cook on hi in the microwave or 2 ½ minutes.
Turn and cook for additional ½-1minute. Carefully remove plastic wrap and serve
