Asian Cabbage, Red-Pepper, and Pea Salad

Wow! This recipe is so healthy and so colorful! A beautiful mix of purple, green, and red make this salad a sight to behold.

  1. ¼ cup canola oil
  2. 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  3. ½ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  4. 3 cups red cabbage, shredded
  5. 3 red peppers, sliced thin
  6. 3 cups pea pods, sliced thin
  7. 3 cups carrots, shredded

You may also need:

Bowl, Spoon

Step 1:

Mix sweet chili sauce with vinegar. While stirring, slowly pour oil into chili sauce mixture. This will help emulsify the dressing.

Step 2:

In a large bowl toss the cabbage, peppers, pea pods, and carrots with dressing and serve.
