Asian Cabbage, Red-Pepper, and Pea Salad

Wow! This recipe is so healthy and so colorful! A beautiful mix of purple, green, and red make this salad a sight to behold.

- ¼ cup canola oil
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- ½ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 3 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 3 red peppers, sliced thin
- 3 cups pea pods, sliced thin
- 3 cups carrots, shredded
You may also need:
Mix sweet chili sauce with vinegar. While stirring, slowly pour oil into chili sauce mixture. This will help emulsify the dressing.
In a large bowl toss the cabbage, peppers, pea pods, and carrots with dressing and serve.
