Is there a special kind of diet I should be on for my arthritis?

This is a great question, a lot of people (even doctors) don’t know this, but diet can make a big difference in people with rheumatoid arthritis. I recently wrote some blogs about the possible benefits of avoiding saturated fats and eating more omega-3 fatty acids.

Although there is not a specific “arthritis diet” that is guaranteed to cure you, one study showed that 40% of people with rheumatoid arthritis may benefit from an elimination diet.

You can learn more about elimination diets in my blog here:

My elimination diet is a great way to remove foods that might trigger your rheumatoid arthritis symptoms.

It might seem like a pain to do, it is better to protect your children now, then wait until something bad

Great advice, Dr. Chamberlain. Here is a blog I recently posted on this very topic as well. Although the science is not yet there, diet plays an incredible role with inflammation - an aspect with a huge role in arthritis.

Hopefully the advice offered within both Dr. Chamberlains and my own blog will help to answer your questions.

In good health,
