You are, the Executive.
A natural born leader, the Executive exudes confidence and dominance in all facets of life. Every insurmountable task placed in front of them must be conquered, and they will be the one to do it.
The Executive tends to be career oriented, making them the absolute perfect fit for the corporate world. The fast paced, people centric, culture that corporate communities represent provides the perfect opportunity for the Executive to flex their long-range planning and leadership abilities. The Executive is the first one in and the last one to leave, driven so far to succeed that, if they are not careful, other facets of their life can get pushed to the periphery.
Not a fan of error, the Executive can become quite harsh with those they see as ineffectual. The unbalanced Executive tends to be oblivious to the feelings of others, and if left unchecked, can become an incredibly intimidating and overbearing individual. If balanced correctly though, the Executive is capable of incredible sentiment and empathy, though they would never admit this openly.
The Executive finds great joy in personal interaction, extracting vast amounts of energy and pride from lofty discussions with those that consistently challenge them. Even the brightest of minds have withered beneath the verbal dominance of an Executive.
This sense of dominance and control transfers to the Executives personal relationships as well. The need to be the leader and to keep everything under control shines through in house décor, well behaved and educated children, as well as a spouse that understands them while still providing a consistent challenge, usually a Thinking type.
The Executive has the ability to reach great heights in life, but only if they maintain the balance between the need to conquer obstacles and an appreciation for those that help them do it.
